KEY QUESTIONS FOR YOUR BIG DAY

How much does a wedding photographer cost in Berlin?

The costs depend on the scope of your wedding – especially the duration of the coverage and the choice between photography, film or a combination of both.

My packages start from €250 for a one-hour session.
A complete wedding reportage including photos and video costs – depending on the scope – between €1,800 and €5,800.

I would be happy to create a customized offer that perfectly suits your needs.

General Information & Prices

Here I have listed the most important questions regarding wedding planning with a photographer/videographer.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 6 to 12 months in advance.

Appointments, especially during the peak season (May to September), are quickly booked up.
The earlier you inquire, the greater the chance that your desired date is available. However, you might get lucky here and there; there are always a few openings.

An initial meeting is of course non-binding and free of charge.

Services & Content

Do we also need a wedding video?

Many couples initially opt for photos only – and later regret not having chosen a film. A wedding film captures moments that photos can't: your voices during your vows, the laughter of your guests, the atmosphere and music of the day. My combination packages unite photography and film into a harmonious overall experience.

Do you offer drone photography services?

Yes. Drone footage is either already included in my packages or can be booked flexibly. It gives your wedding a cinematic perspective, especially at: outdoor locations, waterfront weddings, and expansive landscapes. Of course, I have all the necessary permits.

Can we book individual parts only?

Yes, absolutely. Not every wedding requires full-day coverage. My basic package, starting from 1 hour, is ideal for: civil ceremonies, couple photoshoots, smaller celebrations. The scope will be individually tailored to your needs.

What is the difference between standard and premium film?

Standard film:

  • 4 hours of accompaniment

  • 1.5 – 2.5 minute highlight clip

  • Focus on emotional moments

  • all the material in one long clip

Premium film:

  • 7 hours of accompaniment

  • Audio recordings (vows, speeches, etc.)

  • 4-5 minute film

  • high-quality cinema color correction

  • all the material in one long clip

→ Result: a wedding film with true cinematic quality

How many pictures will we get?

The number depends on the duration of the support.

For guidance:

  • 7 hours: approx. 320 edited images

  • 10 hours: approx. 500 edited images

Each image is carefully selected and edited – no mass delivery of unedited files.

Process & Cooperation

How does the introductory meeting proceed?

Completely relaxed and without obligation.

We'll meet:

  • via video call or

  • in person in Berlin

The aim is to get to know you and to get a feel for your wedding.
You will then receive a customized offer.

When will we receive our photos and the video?

Usually within 2 weeks after your wedding.

You receive everything conveniently via download link (e.g. WeTransfer or Cloud) and can share the content directly with family and friends.

All images are professionally edited and color-corrected.

What happens in bad weather?

Rain is not a problem – often, particularly emotional and atmospheric images are created precisely then.

With over 14 years of experience, I always find the right solution:

  • covered locations

  • atmospheric interiors

  • Creative rain photoshoots with aesthetic umbrellas and long exposures

Your wedding will remain visually unique – regardless of the weather.

In case of very bad weather conditions, there is also the option to postpone the bridal photoshoot.

Flexibility & Framework Conditions

Do you also take photos outside of Berlin?

Yes – I photograph weddings throughout Germany and internationally.

Whether by the sea, in the mountains, or abroad.

Travel expenses are agreed upon transparently in advance.

Extras & Recommendations

Is a couple's photoshoot before the wedding a good idea?

Definitely – I highly recommend it.

A pre-wedding shoot will help you:

  • to get you used to the camera

  • to be more relaxed on the wedding day

Additionally, you will receive high-quality images for:

  • Invitations
